Window Alternatives offers its customer a complete line of window repair solutions to meet all of your window repair needs.  Below is our service menu and respective pricing.


1.  Hardware repair and replacement
   

-Casement cranks (starting at $50 installed)
    -Sash locks and latches (starting at $25 installed)
    -Double-hung balances and springs (starting at $100 installed)
    *$100 minimum service call.
    *$75 service charge will apply for all special order parts.

2.    Mobile screen repair

Screen repair is referred to our prefered vendor.

3.    Custom sash construction

For sashes un-repairable in the field, we can build you a new replacement sash for your existing window complete with new glass.
*Custom sashes start at $200 installed (does not include glass).  Prices subject to size of sash.
*Removal and temporary window closure charges apply. 

4.    Aluminum clad replacement sashes

-Supply and install new factory replacement sashes for your Pella, Caradco, Jeld Wen , or other brand aluminum clad windows.
*Prices and installation subject to manufacture’s pricing.

5.    Glass replacement

-We offer glass replacement service for only those windows we are restoring.
*Supplier pricing and installation rates apply.

6.    Painting

Please inquire.  Pricing will vary by project.

7.    Custom millwork

-Our workshop can handle a variety of custom wood working.
*Mill rates are $100 per hour plus materials.

8.    Exterior carpentry

-Our service personnel will perform miscellaneous exterior trim repairs in close proximity to windows being restored.  However, we prefer to limit the extent of these repairs to our specialty area.
